Our cancellation & no-show policy

Fair to you, fair to your Schmoozer. No hidden fees, no penalty games, just clear rules that protect both sides.

For learners

  • More than 24 hours before your session:Cancel or reschedule free, no cost.
  • Within 24 hours of your session:Full session cost applies if you cancel or don't show.
  • If your Schmoozer cancels late or doesn't show:You get a full refund, plus one session credit usable toward any Schmoozer, to make it right.

For Schmoozers

  • More than 24 hours before a session:Cancel or reschedule freely.
  • First-time issue:Handled under our goodwill override. We look at context before any penalty.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations:May affect standing.

Within-24-hour terms for Schmoozers are being finalized and will appear here before Schmoozer accounts go live.
