What Schmoozly Does
Schmoozly is an online language conversation practice platform. Customers will be able to book scheduled live conversation sessions with fluent or native speakers in different languages. Sessions will be held online by video call or a similar remote meeting format. The service is for casual speaking practice, pronunciation improvement, confidence-building, and real-world conversation practice. Schmoozly is not a school, does not provide degrees, and does not provide formal academic certifications.

What Schmoozly Does Not Sell

Payments will be processed online at the time of booking. Sessions are delivered online. There are no physical goods, shipping, or inventory.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the customer may receive a refund or reschedule the session.

If a customer misses a session or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the session may not be refundable.

If Schmoozly or the scheduled speaker is unable to provide the session, the customer will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.
